Re: Automated Character Sheet 2.0
It is a bit iffy...150m (450ft) is a little under a quarter mile shot. I rarely actually have battle maps that large, that's a lotta work, so those kinda ranges only come up when someone wants to try and pick off enemies before reaching a location. However it is a little bit unrealistic, there's bul...

Re: Roll20 macro and character/monster building tutorials.
Hah, i cant believe i forgot the initiative macro. i had actually wanted to code one which pulled perception for a tiebreaker. And my current buy/sell macro does work, it was the first attempt at it which was broken (mainly due to bad math on my part when implementing it). Adding initiative macros t...

Re: Roll20 macro and character/monster building tutorials.
For making your Pc you're going to be using the "Attribute and Abilities" tab of your character sheet to do all the automation work. for a lot of more popular systems roll20 has built in character sheets with built in automation, but i lack the knowledge to code one for this. It's possible to elimin...

Roll20 macro and character/monster building tutorials.
Roll20 is a pretty awesome resource, especially for this system. The robust and still growing macro system they have can let you automate a lot of the time consuming math of the system down into a few clicks and queries. I'll be sharing as much as i know and have developed for it in this thread, in ...

Re: Automated Character Sheet 2.0
Generally the bonus for things like stabilizing guns is up to the gm. Infact, unless i'm remembering wrong, aside from range penalties and weapon mods, the gm is largely responsible for the To Hit penalties or bonuses. The bi-pod on mad mods equipment list (i think that's the most popular, i certain...

Re: Offering services as GM on an organisational level
I'm currently already running a couple campaigns, so i definitely can't solo gm another one. However i'd be willing to try and co-gm a game (though i think it might be wise to wait until say...a week after fallout 4's release to have anything beside from pre-planning. I fully intend to disappear off...

Re: Automated and Less-Automated Character Sheets
On the subject of character sheets, aside from the one i already posted i've had a bit of a side project, making a monster character sheet. In its current iteration the sheet has built in support for threat levels and more enemy types, vlookup support for the monster perks as well as standard ones. ...

Re: Fallout Equestria PnP games on roll20?
I gm exclusively on roll20, i've completed one campaign and am running two at the moment. It works very well, especially since a lot of the math can be done by relatively easy to write macros. However, finding post apocalyptic assets can be tough, at least free ones. The marketplace has some pretty ...
