Obviously everyone has to earn everyone's trust but it's much easier for adults to pull that off so I'm not as worried about them. Honestly, the bigger issue here (for me, anyway) is that the character is a foal. This is a PNP. At some point the party is going to be asked to do something dangerous. To risk their lives. They're going to have to trust one another to not get each other killed. That's /really/ hard to do with a foa...
