Re: Alternate Core Documents
A few perk tweaks: The Tough Hide perk now gives +1 Stun Resistance per rank in addition to +2 DT. The Resilient Horn perk now gives +30 Strain. Resiliant Horn still sucks, but it's sort of better now. Digging the Tough Hide buff. finally, a way for someone to get more stun resistance other than bo...

Re: Alternate Core Documents
Hot damn, you basically caught everything I was going to post about next! The general uselessness of Wired Reflexes, Action Filly having the same name for both SATS and non SATS, the lack of Flight Rank 2 for Cyberponies... I was literally just discussing this with another player in the game I'm in ...

Re: Alternate Core Documents
Unless otherwise stated, any perk, spell or other effect that directly increases or decreases a SPECIAL cannot increase that SPECIAL higher than 10 or lower than 1. Poisons, some attacks, and environmental hazards can reduce a SPECIAL to 0. I just noticed this now, but would a chem addiction be abl...

Re: Advanced Alcohol Ruleset (Add-On for FO:E PnP Revised)
Completely overhauled the Alcohol Levels system after some discussion with some players in the game I'm in. Also expanded on the brewing rules, along with seriously reducing the chances for addiction.

Re: Advanced Alcohol Ruleset (Add-On for FO:E PnP Revised)
Decided to add in Stabsinthe, the alcohol that come from my OC's hometown. A bit different from most alcohols, it's stat gains aren't much but it's nice for hydration.

Re: Alternate Core Documents
Ack. Looks like I mixed up Rampage's Wrath with Reaper Pony's Gallop. Lemme fix that.

Re: Alternate Core Documents
I was contemplating a little bit on how to re-balance Calamity's Might/Rampage's Wrath. Change how it currently works, to simply doubling the critical chance. As an example of what would be a great build to have the skill in, take this mathematical example: 10 luck + 3 built to destroy + 4 finesse +...

Re: Advanced Alcohol Ruleset (Add-On for FO:E PnP Revised)
Hmmm. Looking at it now, you're right that the chance for addiction is much too high. I'll work on a better system for determining it, for now I've bumped up the base needed to 13 or higher, meaning you'd need to have consumed more than one drink at the very least before needing to roll for addictio...

Re: Alternate Core Documents
I always thought that Calamity's Might/Rampage's Wrath were a bit on the ridiculous side in terms of power. The luck counter-roll seems like it would balance them out somewhat, but I can't shake the feeling that there's a more elegant solution to it. Perhaps a roll modifier of +3, to make the roll s...
