I clearly don't understand this math. What do you mean when saying "Her S.A.T.S. now gives her benefits covering a maximum of 75 AP in attacks."? If you're talking about Action Filly, you do have a point, but it should be noted that 30AP is the equivlent of +10 AGI, which is massive. Well, it's dose of Rainboom at Rank I and something undescribable at Rank II. But, yeah, anyway it's really OP. Either someone should ban it outright or change ...

Limbs crippled with magical energy damage which are healed through natural healing, healing potions or Regeneration will be permanently debilitated, causing the character to suffer a -10 penalty on skill rolls for actions with that limb. I wonder... so if I crippled my leg or torso to which skills ...

Why Changeling Strain limit is so...uh...set in stone(1000 straight agains unicorns variables)? Does they recover Strain via rest? What about Changelings-turned-ghoul? They'll retain they abilities, don't they? What about gaining new spells(at least TK and Light)? What they roll for they magic blast...
