honestly i believe that the 3 main races are decently balanced in mad_mod's version. And cybernetics are a huge buff to EP, allowing them to possible outscale all but the most min-maxed of characters. cyberwings that make him/her a decent flyer, and they are by far the most tanky of the 5 main races...
