Okay, Tier limit is 3, when choosing gear do keep in mind the more you spend, using the budget I gave you, the less things you'll be able to take with you as a precaution. Also we do indeed have alot of Scribes in the group, but if you wish to keep your scribe I could try to work around that.

Sorry I haven't been on in so long, my former laptop died on me and so I had to work my budget around to get a replacement. But, fear not! The game WILL happen, hopefully we'll be starting in a week as soon as I can make sure I've helped everyone that needs help on sheets.
