Ok, I typed these as I was reading over the story so they kinda jump around a bit. I decided to leave them as is rather then re-write them based on what happens later in the story.
Littlepip seeing the consequences of her actions when the colt ran up, seriously that was heartbreaking! But, I think it was important that it happened, otherwise killing, no matter what the reason, becomes too easy.
Have I mentioned how much I love the audio logs? They give such a cool insight into the past. I always loved finding the holotapes in FO3 for the same reason, always fun trying to collect a whole set to hear what happened. Please include more of these
RadAway flavour, I loved it. I had always assumed it tasted like charcoal, I can imagine adding an orange taste to the mix would be most unappetizing!

For some reason, the bodies in the basement kept scratching at the back of my mind until it hit me. Holy Shit, Not That! That place freaked me out in FO3, I'm surprised it took me so long to figure it out.
Ok, for me Andale was one of the creep-me-the-fuck-out places in any Fallout, by far. It was one of the rare occasions I killed without mercy, slaughtered the bunch of them, except the kids and the old man, and kept firing even after they were already dead. How in the hell did you manage to write something that pushed me past even that level? If the game were even close to this, I would have been unable to continue playing. I actually had to walk away from the computer, it freaked me out that much. Hell, Cupcakes didn't freak me out this much! I may never eat stew again, and it's in my top 10 favorite foods
Wow, you can almost feel the pain in Homage's voice at the end, this must be tearing her apart.
Ok, the GOOD:
This was an extremely intense chapter, I don't think a chapter has messed with my emotions this much in a long time. I felt sorry for the Steel Rangers, they were out matched and had no chance. I think this is the first time I got mad at Littlepip, she let her emotions take control and destroyed the lives of innocent ponies (not talking about the Arbu ponies here). This is going to have lasting effects for her.
The Three Dog news broadcast about Paradise Falls always caused me much regret, I hated that he didn't know the full story and that always bothered me. I'm glad you were able to incorporate this into the story.
Now, the BAD:
Maybe the only thing I can think of is the Bess & Bob character, I was really hoping you would do more with this character. But, that might have slowed the story down or possible effected the mood too much.
