Locations used

So far I only have a chunk of it really imagined, one major town, two "new" factions, and two non-town locations. I've got 2 chapters, the second of which is mostly the journey and a resident of the mentioned town. If you guys really want, I could drop my chapters in a thread after I initially write them, but I planned on getting at least 5 chapters done first. (At the rate I'm going, I'd have maybe 7 by Christmas. >.> )

and my story technically starts at least a week before Fo:E, but the first chapter is after pip rescues the slaves from old appleoosa.

And on the Steel/Applejack Rangers, I hadn't quite gotten a full image of them yet. Hopefully I can figure that part out in time to keep consistency.

I won't be writing for a while anyway, so I can wait ^^
I'd love to know the stuff though, so that I can plan. My "planning" usually involve random ideas I think would work, then stitching them together to something vaguely resembling text. xD

Maybe yall can help me. I've figured out some of the details of the major city in my story, I just can't think of a good name.

The city was originally a double city, like Dallas and Fort Worth. One is a pegasus cloud city, while the other is on the ground. The ground city was destroyed but the cloud city suvrived. The city is large enough to have each ministries' hubs. The city's MoM hub is also the hq for the Ghosties, a special espionage division of the MoM. Also, the hq for Equestiran Robotics is located here.

If I think of anything else I'll let ya'll know, until then let me know what ya'll think would be good names for these two cities.

If anypony can think up a pun of existing twin cites that I think would work best. So like puns for Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Dallas and Fort Worth, San Franciso and Oakland. Though one of them needs to be a pegasus based name.

That does sound good, and hows this for the other city Saint Pileus. Oh and just a f.y.i. Pileus is a type of cloud. Plus a bit of irony, it sometimes forms over a mushroom cloud of a high-yield nuclear blast.
