Could remove the 'Short Range Only' rule on it. It would allow the weapon to be fired into medium range at that point.

I always forget that the Incinerator is more of a fireball launcher.

Changed the Incinerator to work more like regular weapons. It just also happens to set things on fire.


Edit: Also added 'Max 1 test per turn' to the Thunder Cannon's AP halving special effect.
