FoE One Shot (maybe): Caps Make the World go Round

Introduction
Hello to all my fellow FoE fans. I am a relatively new player to the system and I was wandering if some of the other "noobs" would want to join in a learning experience.

Information
I will be the GM, and hopefully we can find a good time. Currently I propose either Friday anytime after 7PM gmt/utc or Sunday at around 8PM gmt/utc. (honestly i prefer friday)
It will start off as a one-shot game using the most basic of rules.

Skype would be used for RP (yes i want voice chat, and no, i don't expect or require you to do voices or accents - so guys you can play your mares, colts and fillies, no problem)
Roll20 would be used for maps, rolling, and a bit of RP when the Skype voice chat is used by someone else. (so that we could have multiple conversations going on at the same time)
I would be personally assisting the players with the making of characters, macros on Roll20, and anything else one might have a problem with.
Note if people would prefer we could do hangouts, raidcall, or any other chat program that allows for the equivalent of conference calls.
I am interested in about 4-5 PC and 1 GM (me)

About me
I am an avid role-player with over two years gm-ing experience, (dnd mostly), but despite being a huge fallout fan fallout and pony fan, i have only recently discovered FoE Resource.

The Setting
The game will be set after the events of the original FoE, about a year or two. So there would almost no messing up of the story line.
The world map will be custom layout.
The area would be limited to the south-west of Manehattan, north-east of Fillydelphia Ruin.

Factions
The area South of the region (south of Fillydelphia) is under the control of the Steel Rangers, while the area North (north of Manehattan) is under the control of the Commonwealth.

Hmm I would almost feel obligated to join, just to help new players out. The time would also fit me well, but not Friday.

That actually sounds worse than I meant it to be. I would also enjoy playing with you guys. Not like someone or something forces me to. ^^
