Well, my understanding is that if there is something outside the box we want, we can just talk to the GM about it and that if it's reasonable, they'll probably be OK with it. =)
After all, that's how Cookie is treating perks and traits.

My question was more along the lines of the spells outlined in the base ruleset. I don't see a few of the spells here that I wanted. Things like "phase" and "growth" seem to be missing.

We are using the Tango ruleset. The available spells are listed on the group spreadsheet itself. For adaptation of spells from another ruleset (Sunrise/Kkat's being the default one, which we are not using), you would have to ask DontAskForCookies.
