I was thinking of something earlier. How did the Enclive act against the Rainbow Wing A.K.A. the "Flying Circus," during "Operation Cauterize?" I mean they're more then just Dashites they're emulating the inspiration for the Dashites all the way back to the original.

Operation Cauterize was the rampage they go on after their diplomat gets blowed up by Lil'Pip when she kills the Goddess, right?
Basically, the Enclave would really, really like to shoot down the Rainbow Wing, but that involves taking a swing at the entire Crystal Empire, and the Crystal Empire is a serious military power. If the Enclave attacks the capital city and Shining Armour is around they'll almost certainly lose. If the Rainbow Wing is just cruising around the wastes the Enclave might take a shot at them just out of spite, and if they cruise up close to Enclave territory some local commander may just take the initiative and try to kill them. On the flipside, the Enclave's local garrison would be going up against 45 Rainbow Dash wannabes and that fight could go either way.
Short version is the Enclave currently doesn't want to fight the Crystal Empire, as much as the Rainbow Wing pisses them off. It's possible for the Rainbow Wing to be a major flashpoint for a war if the GM wants to start one.
That said, if war is declared for any reason the Enclave's step one is to attain air superiority and that means taking out the CEAF. They'd probably send the Wonderbolts to take out the Rainbow Wing because they want a decisive victory.
