Four weeks I've been getting ready (somewhat) and the time is upon us. Tomorrow, we will be taken into Neighayenne, and see the beginning of the end of the land of Equestria as we know it. Along the way we're going to meet some interesting individuals, face adventure and peril, and start life in a world where hope will quickly become a prized commodity. But for now...I have the one last shoe to drop, our final semi-permanent NPC.

Ministry Mare Rainbow Dash
Pegasus, 59; Rainbow mane, light blue coat, magenta eyes
A simple question is asked of those who see her when she arrived in Neighayenne: “What the buck are you doing here?” Shunned by the Enclave, and no other place in Equestria safe enough to stay, Rainbow Dash returned to a town she’d only visited twice, using a PipBuck she was given the day before the bombings. Now, one of the only three surviving Ministry Mares, the Element of Loyalty now faces a world that she knew was coming but wished she could desperately avoid. She will help serve as military attaché with Lieutenant Current at the maintenance depot.
