Your SPECIAL seems a bit messed up. Your Base should total 40 and then you get a +1 PER for glasses.
For your trait let's go with: +1 PER with glasses, -1 PER without.
The New Vegas version lowered your BASE PER by 1 (making it harder to get perks that require PER) and then buffed PER by 2 with glasses, resulting in a net increase of 1 PER while wearing glasses.
If you get hit in the head then your current glasses will break and you'll have to get new ones.
Also Pegasi start with Flight Rank 1.

I think your current trait is a bit too powerful. AP is much more important in the PnP than it was in New Vegas.
Current:
Kamikaze: +10 AP, -2 DT
The negative can be nullified by taking the perk Tough Hide (+2 DT) as early as level 2.
Compared to the positive which can be likened to Action Buck (+15 AP) which requires level 16.
I'd like to make it:
Kamikaze: +5 AP, +1 combat sequence, -2 DT
(combat sequence is AGI+d10 rolled at the start of each round.)

Re: FoE PnP Goes Forth (Group 4)
Perfectly acceptable.
Re: FoE PnP Goes Forth (Group 4)
You're right, I seem to be at 38. EDIT: Fixed, base SPECIAL now has 39/39 points allocated
I knew I missed the trait up; I've never played New Vegas. Other then the numbers, that's what I figured it would entail.
EDIT: No wait, that's earth ponies only. Curse my sudden change in character race.

Mmm, at that point, he could just go for +1 AGI to have the same positive effects and more.uSea wrote:I'd like to make it:

How about something more like the earlier games, +3 sequence, -4 DT? (numbers can be tinkered with of course)
Also GreenBank, the glasses should give you a +2 to PER, not +1 (so they're actually worth the trait :p )
Re: FoE PnP Goes Forth (Group 4)
I think you're still short 1 point. You start with 7x5 = 35, then distribute 5 more points for a total of 40. After that, you take one off your perception for the trait, bringing the base total down to 39, but then add 2 PER, bringing the total to 41. Your total after the glasses bonus right now is only 40, so you should have 1 more point somewhere. I think.GreenBank wrote:You're right, I seem to be at 38. Re: FoE PnP Goes Forth (Group 4)
Except uSea gave it as +1 with the glasses bonus, bringing it to forty.

Re: FoE PnP Goes Forth (Group 4)
It would be simpler to apply as a conditional temporary effect rather than altering base stats wouldn't it? There should be 40 points allocated regardless.
Re: FoE PnP Goes Forth (Group 4)
Right, the glasses themselves are a temporary effect but they also mean you start with a -1 on perception to reflect the character's naturally poor vision.
