Sometimes, coordinating groups can be hard, sometimes players are too shy to butt into an existing group, and sometimes, it's just hard to plan stuff.

For all of that, there's The Bus Stop! A list of people looking to become players in a PnP group! Heck, GMs can post to say they're looking to host groups!

You should add in specific information about their time availability, such as the day and time they'd like a session to begin ideally since that might be a problem for many.

Good idea seeing as Groups can fill up very very quickly.

In my view, the main reason of people being wary of joining pre-existing groups, is... well, because they are pre-existing groups! Nopony likes to catch a tram while it's already moving. The groups already have their extensive backstory and are custom-tailored to a specific set of adventurers, levels, skillsets and personal backgrounds from the characters... adding new, weaker-than-average members into them would, most likely, result in a tad more of work for the Dms. Plus, most guys (such as me... ¬¬) have exactly zero experience on PnPing... letting us bump straight onto an already settled and seasoned group would certainly hinder them, and that would be most un-gentlepony like.

and... yes, I am looking for a group much as well... do post-apocalyptic ponies even make use of buses ?

If they fly and have a Pegasus/Gryphon/Alicorn pulling them they do.

Also don't be afraid by a lack of experience, you learn quick.

Since "Love is Electric" got postponed, I am now also looking for a group. I already have two characters worked out, which I would really like to try.
One is a parkour running, explosive expert earth pony and the other is a magical energy weapons using purple alicorn. (And I spent a whole lot of time balancing him after the rulebook. You can have a look at his stats here. I used the tiered weapon list for his equipment with 300 caps at start.)

Welp, might as well put my name in the pot over here now that I've had a chance to read through the rulesets floating around now. Maybe Opportunities, Giga, or Ganymead can go on an adventure now.

Well, I'd be willing to start up a group, but I'm not exactly familiar with the ruleset yet
also, I'd like to get a few alternative races available for "adventurous" players.
though I would need assistance over the first few bits.
