If your character is like mine and dwell down in alchemy quite a bit this compiled recipe sheet can be useful to have, added all the recipes, their requierments, and effects into one place. Feel free to add it to your own character sheet.

Oops. Yes, it's from another ruleset. Ill be changing these to the Revised rulesets version of drugs, but the document can be changed to fit your own ruleset where its needed.
