Fallout Equestria: Outcasts (Raider Group PnP) *NSFW* CLOSED

Summary: Set before Fallout Equestria- Of the many factions that rule Equestria, Raiders are amongst the most common. Raiders are a sadistic variety of ponies that have succumbed to the harsh nature of the Wasteland. They are almost always violent and aggressive to civilized settlements, prone to unprovoked violence and wonton assault, and typically act hedonistically and with little sense of conscience. They populate nearly every part of the Equestrian Wasteland in some shape or form.
Many raiders are unaffiliated to particular factions, working mostly in small unorganized groups. However, many raiders will band together to form large gangs, controlling territory and attacking settlements en masse. Deep in the Badlands, there are a set of raiders that rule their own territories and are at constant war against each other.
Among these factions are:
[*]The Nosferatu gang: A Raider faction made up of Batponies and carnivorous species that practice vampirism.
[*]The Ghost Hoof Gang: A gang of ponies who take their stealthiness very seriously, to the point of after a hit, they leave nothing but hoof prints
[*]The Rad Bomb Group: A Gang of Ghouls who use radiation as their main weapon, taking in those that do turn, into their gang
[*]The Mad Gizmo Gang:A group of 'intelligent' raiders who have hacked into robots through skill or dumb luck and use them and cybernetic enhancements to raid towns
[*]The Barbed Sword Gang: A Gang that attempts to capture every victim they meet, and torture them for fun
[*]The RAZORWINGS Gang: A Raider group made up of flying species, they use their ability of flight to their advantage of attack by swooping down upon their victims.
[*]The Tartarian Steeds: A group of ponies who attempt to use fire in every attack, burning down anyplace they attack, leaving only charred corpses
[*]The Spirit Ravengers: A Zebra and Buffalo Tribal Gang that uses shamanistic powers to defeat their enemies.
[*]The TROUPE Gang: A group of ponies that use a circus-like theme, acrobats with swords attached to their legs, demented clowns with acid squirting flowers, etc.
These factions constantly recruit many of those in the land, steadily growing in number; however there are times where some members and hopefuls are turned away and rejected from the groups due to one reason or another. That's where your story begins, you're an outcast of whom is currently drinking your sorrows and/or frustrations in the bar known as "The Watering Hole" of the hub town, "The Oasis". There you meet some like-minded ponies that are having troubles of their own, you and they get it in your heads that they should start their own Gang and take their revenge on the other factions by taking their territories.

Statring Equipment is Tier 0 and 1; 1000 caps in items.
Players will be given a set of background perks, required traits and/or bonuses for their character depending on which group they came from.
NOSFERATU: Must take the Hematophage Perk and the "Touched By Luna Trait". +10 to Unarmed and Melee.
SPIRIT RAVAGERS: Must be a Zebra or Buffalo and have the "Shaman" or "Tribal Shaman" trait. They have an increased Spirit Affinity when dealing with 'Evil' or Bad spirits, but a decrease in Cha -1.
GHOST HOOVES: Gain +10 to their Sneak but minus 5 to "Negotiation & Seduction" and "Bluff & Intimidation"
BARBED SWORDS: Gain +10 to "Negotiation & Seduction" and "Bluff & Intimidation" when Torturing a pony but -15 to them over all. They also gain a Bleed effect on any melee Weapon's special attack they use.
TROUPES: Gain +1 AGI But -1 INT, and a +10 to Melee and Unarmed.
RAZORWINGS: Must be a Griffin, Pegasus or Batpony. (In other words, Wings or GTFO) Gain a +1 AGI but a -1CHA and a +10 to Unarmed.
MAD GIZMOS: Have a +1 INT, +5 to "Hacking & Matrix Tech" and Energy Weapons, but they have a critical failure chance of 3 when rolling those skill checks.
RAD BOMBS: Are Required to take the Rad Child or Ghoul perk, They also have a resistance to all other types of secondary damage thanks to radiation exposure, but the effects of those secondary damage deal 0.5 more damage.
All players MUST take the Ex-Raider(But for the sake of this game it'll be known as Raider)/Ganger background trait, however these this will not count towards your trait count.

TARTARIAN STEEDS: They deal double flame damage on anything that does flame damage, but they have a 15-25% chance to be lit themselves, for normal damage.Hematophage - 1 rank - Sometimes necessity outweighs all common decency, out in the wasteland. Consuming blood from blood packs or from a live or freshly killed creature provides the same benefits as drinking pure water (or dirty water if the source is an irradiated creature). No karma loss if taken from a willing creature. (Sometimes it's good to have (tasty) friends.)
