FoE: Adventures in Anarchy!

ADVENTURES IN ANARCHY HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY CANCELED DUE TO NONATTENDANCE.
Here's what it was supposed to be about, not that it matters anymore.
* Welcome to the home thread for Adventures in Anarchy! *
Ever wonder what really makes the wasteland a bit more random and chaotic? What really powers or creates situations discovered by Wild Wasteland? Either very bored programmers, or the great-granddaddy of Chaos himself, Discord! This campaign will follow the ever-changing and questionably helpful, but always amusing, influence of Discord, as he guides his little ponies into strange places to meet strange people, and to eradicate all the BORING things that the NORMAL wasteland holds! Or maybe just have banana pudding. Who knows.
SETUP! "This is important, kiddies, so pay attention." -Three Dog
Starting level will be level 3!
Everyone has the Wild Wasteland perk for free in addition to their two chosen perks!
No alicorns except by GM permission!
Starting caps equal to 250!
Experimenting with the invention mechanics is encouraged!
Magical training for unicorns to learn more spells WITHOUT taking perks, a la Viewing_Glass's magic revision, will also be available!
You must start having known all other PC characters for a minimum of a week, but feel free to already be friends!
Partial mechanics are in place for overland travel times, so the party can go lots of neat places! (Except Canterlot. It's not exactly... there, anymore.)
Other things such as Expert Zebra alchemical concoctions and Cybernetics will be available if sought out!
Worth noting, other cybernetics beyond the simple +1 Stat enhancements will be available as well, and some special few can be taken by non earth-ponies.
Everyone should be ready to start game at 12:00am PST (GMT-8), though I may be a few minutes late as I head home.
Remember that this is a game, and that the GM is extra-fallible. I will make mistakes on rules sometimes, or not remember things, so I ask for your patience, and to get hold of me if you think something has gone wrong.
