Welp, I'm starting another FOE PnP game.

Basic Background:
The Gallopagas Islands, a small chain of islands closer to the Zebra lands then pony lands. Before the war it was one of the premiere resorts for the rich and famous of ponydom. After the war it was left to rot for many years by ponies and zebra's alike.

Now years later, someone has started asking about around the docks of Friendship City, looking for ponies to go and fetch something. The caps are more then decent, enough to buy your way into Tenpony Tower.

So I'm looking for 4-5 players, I already have one player.

Rules in use are Kkat's, don't bother much with selecting traits like Random, doing things with Spirits and such things. One I am not wanting the extra work of trying to add things that are strange or funny, and I do not actually get Spirits, they are just not something I can do justice.

On the subject of starting weapons, I want to wait for you to get your characters up so I can see what I have to work with.

Also, game times can be (GMT 0) at Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday at 8am till 2pm.

Rule sets and such as well would be nice to know. Races, what time is the game set in, ect.

I could make this game if we play a Saturday, but I want people who live in GMT friendly times to take the spots before me. It's a late hour, but i /can/ make it.
I'll more than likely use an EP mare with skills in exploding things and sweet talking the ones who don't explode. She's normally an expressive girl, but keeps all that charisma safe behind a bunch of heavy armor. Definate brawn in a team, regardless of her speech ways.

I'm currently set for a softspoken but very large (i.e. gentle giant of the Large Frame variety with 10 STR) )EP stallion, Unarmed/Survival/Speech (sorry Centra, but I have dibs on Speech!). He'll be the farm-boy. Probably going to squeeze as much as he can out of whatever limited armor resources we can find.

Alternates include the same fellow as a Unicorn because Shield is a neat thing, or an airstriking crit-tastic caravan guard pegasus... but there's something weird about flight in this setting? Not sure. I'm an endless barrel of character ideas, so if I have to change, I can.

Dropped a line to a couple players who unfortunately got shut out of my Adventures in Anarchy game but seemed promising. Tankenstein_PhD and/or Myrkr-Numen may or may not drop in to say hello.

Mechanics are always appreciated! And no one's doing barter yet, I don't think.

Also, general campaign setup. I'm in favor of using the normal weapons doc, since post its updates and additions of more mods, it is, in my opinion, just as good as if not better than Modd's list. Same goes with the PnP rules, but you said those we were probably doing vanilla anyway, so that's great.

I also would like to know what the possibility of cybernetics is, as that's a huge chunk of what's available for earth ponies in the system. Without access to that at some point in the game, I'll be leaning more toward the unicorn version of Wedge.

Lastly, for your consideration, have you looked at Viewing_Glass's revisions on unicorns learning spells? We've tested it a bit and the results have been pretty spot-on. It makes a nice difference between unicorns and alicorns, and also allows for some more player options. :twilightsmile: Take a look!
