Age of Anarchy: A Fallout Equestria PNP

Age of Anarchy --- GAME CANCELED DUE TO NONATTENDANCE
Actually, let's be honest, this game was cursed from the get-go. Not getting to wrap it up properly was sort of a forgone conclusion.

Warring armies tread the face of Equestria and scorch its skies. Shadows of the Goddesses spread across the land, seeking answers. Even the sky has been rolled back as a scroll, and the uncontrolled sun beats down on Equestria once more. There is no ruler, no King or Queen or Princess to lead, and lawlessness and chaos are the order of the day. And it's not the FUN kind of chaos either.
Wanted: Visionaries who want to take a piece of that chaos and make it their own. Bold, brave, kind souls who don't fear a little of the abnormal and outright crazy in order to fix the broken and burnt world... because Discord remembers kindness from long ago, and wants to help turn the chaos into... the Age of Anarchy. Because beneath the surface of this war-torn world, ancient evils have awakened, and they don't want world peace, so much as a piece of the world...
Age of Anarchy is a setting in the Fallout: Equestria universe, approximately one year after the events of Sunshine and Rainbows. This game uses:
• The Revised Ruleset
• Tier-Arranged Weaponry
• Viewing Glass's revised spell-learning system
• A few tweaked house rules on death, flight speeds, cybernetics, and more to be added as ingenious players find flaws in the system.

SETUP! "This is important, kiddies, so pay attention." -Three Dog
Starting level will be level 3!
Everyone has the Wild Wasteland trait for free in addition to their two chosen traits!
No alicorns except by GM permission! They ARE around and free of the Goddess but require special circumstance to be playable.
Starting caps equal to 500! Tier 1 and Tier 0 weapons only, please, and make sure to buy food and water.
Experimenting with the invention mechanics is encouraged!
Magical training for unicorns to learn more spells WITHOUT taking perks, a la Viewing_Glass's magic revision, will also be available!
You must have a solid reason to believe that the Wasteland can be cured, fixed, restored or improved, and be ready and willing to act upon that belief. How you want to go about doing that is up to you, so no raiders, psychopaths, or 'chaotic evil' type characters.
Partial mechanics are in place for overland travel times, so the party can go lots of neat places! (Except Canterlot. It's not exactly... there, anymore.)
Other things such as Expert Zebra alchemical concoctions and Cybernetics will be available if sought out!
Worth noting, other cybernetics beyond the simple +1 Stat enhancements will be available as well, and some special few can be taken by non earth-ponies.
Everyone should be ready to start game at 10:00 AM PST (GMT-8). I will make every attempt to be awake enough to run at that time.
Remember that this is a game, and that the GM is extra-fallible. I will make mistakes on rules sometimes, or not remember things, so I ask for your patience, and to get hold of me privately if you think something has gone wrong.

Final caveats are a little strict and I apologize for them in advance. Due to trouble I've had keeping games running smoothly in the past, I've had to be a little picky.
I normally work swing shift, so while the day is flexible, the times this game can run are specifically either 10:00 AM PST (GMT-8) to 2PM PST, or after midnight. Currently, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday morning are the options. Weekends are unavailable.
All PCs must be well-adjusted enough to function in society. This means no Raiders, Slavers, amoral sociopaths, kleptomaniacs, psychotics, etc. I'll tolerate a morally-grey group, but not one that's outright evil, and I really prefer running games for good guys. And if you think it's a great idea to play someone who steals from the party or deliberately conceals loot? Out. Get out. Close this browser window and never come here again.
All PCs must be at least familiar with one another, and preferably be friends already (with very few possible exceptions). As much fun as dramatic reveals of dark and spooky secrets are, they can often wreck party dynamics, derail cooperation, and cause inter-party conflicts. In my extensive experience, cooperation inside the PC group is a great deal more fun than conflict.
THE GM IS A GRAMMAR NAZI. I'm not going to correct every mistake you make, because that's rude and not any fun for anyone. But I am going to vet players for ability to spell mostly everything well enough to understand, punctuate their sentences, and capitalize "I" when referring to themselves. That way, when I save the logs and edit them into shape, every player will be able to easily read and understand logs, and the story can be followed by non-players if they wish.
