Fallout Equestria: Shady Steps Ruleset 1.0

Welcome to the first release of my Fallout Equestria RPG Ruleset made to be simple to pick up, have deadly and rewarding combat and interesting mechanics that encourage role-play.

This Public release is made primarily for the purpose of displaying the ruleset as it is and crowd sourcing criticism and ideas for how to improve this ruleset and for new mechanics to be added.

If you have the time I encourage you to read the ruleset, point out any mistakes I have no doubt made over the few months it took me to make this, and post new ideas here, thank you. :lwalk:

To do list:
1. Necromantic school of magic
2. Food, Hunger and Radiation Mechanics (done)
3. More races: Minotaur, Changelings
4. Cybernetic Mechanics
5. Alchemy
6. Melee Weapon Balance pass
7. Improve layout of Document.
8. Acquire art of all the major Mechanics and Races for the ruleset.

I only had a quick read by, but it seems to be an interesting concept, although it's a departure from the classically established GURPS base rules. I will have a closer look later.
