How's it going everyone? I just joined up because I heard that there was a Fallout: Equestria RPG in the works, and I am absolutely down to do some PnP RP'ing. Thanks for having me.

Most of us hang out in the #FalloutEquestria channel on Canternet IRC. Swing by sometime!
PNP games are typically organized here on the forums (in the PNP section, natch), and actual sessions usually take place in custom channels on IRC.
