How's it in the beyond? Cool? I hope you can meet little Gabby and spend a good time with him. He's a nice little cub.

So, I followed the wind, like I said I would, and I turned out in this inn. Then it just stopped. I thought it was a dead end, and it really was, just not for me.
The trigger-happy ponies gathered up for a festival, so I decided to hop in. I know, I know. I said I wouldn't bathe in burning blood. Well, I didn't. I wanted to show that angry mare how awesome the wind is. I tell you, when it started again, it was just perfect. But she wouldn't have any of it So, I was thinking to send her back, but she was just miserable, she almost melted in my talons, it was so sad. So I put her back wherever. All I got was some red on my talons, but it clashes with my vibe, so I'm taking that off too.

But that was just part of it. Once it was all over, I met the most colorful people, even one that kinda looked like you. I never seen so many different types of ponies together. Maybe this is what the wind wanted to show me? I will keep an eye on them. I just hope they don't lose themselves dancing to bloody ballads. There is nothing good down that path.

I have to wonder, what does the wind want me to take away from this? Do you have any idea?

Also a message on letters: letters are from lessons you have learned over the course of your adventure, you write them as and when you learn a lesson not something you fill out once a week to make a date you will be graded on the effort in the letter, the message learned, and how much the letter fits your character.

now please tell me how you think i did as a GM good? Bad? could have been better? next game will be more organised anyway so there is that

today I learned a few things.
One: Zohlishk are weird creatures. They are either completely immune to the charms of an ealishk, or their barn door doesn't swing that way.
Two: Seeing my own kind die in combat doesn't seem to bother me at all. ...and this fact frightens me greatly.
Three: Timetravel is appearantly possible, as said zohlishk seem to be from the future. I don't know how. I don't know why. They are just here.

I hope I can make friends with some others of this curious group of mahlishk. Otherwise this is going to be the shortest journey a degisishk ever undertook.
For this I am glad not to be a kapish, having brother Asp to my side. He fought well in the battle. That also tought me, that sometimes the kilisk is indeed stronger than the tuhil.

I'm not sure if this will count toward getting the 200 extra xp considering it's my lesson and not the character's, but it is a lesson I learned so it is in the spirit of the idea.

Dear Princess Celestia,

I'm slightly ashamed to admit this. Sunday was a bit of a disaster for me, but it did teach me a surprisingly valuable lesson and sometimes you need to fall down to learn to walk. I had trouble keeping up with what was going on and who was who. So my conclusion, I need to take notes and ask more questions to keep up with irc games, surprising because I expected irc would make it easier, especially when it doesn't use a battle mat (this being the first of it's kind i've played). I have to say though, I like the freedom that comes with not using a mat. So on Sunday I'll make Twilight proud by being more organized. I felt bad toward the end of the session when I couldn't contribute to the roleplay and I want to pull my weight. Plus if I don't, Asp can't be the valuable companion Torax is hoping for.

P.S. for the GM, do you want us to level our characters before Sunday or do you usually wait for a certain point in the story? And, despite the fact that I had trouble keeping up I did still have fun, the only suggestion I have, is that at some point character introductions should have been done, it definitly would have helped me out to know who people are. I admit that this was also a failing of mine, but as noted above, that lesson has been learned.

With a new perspective, I look forward to continuing this adventure with everyone.

EDtiGron when i read this i was very happy to hear how you have dedicated yourself to up your game i did not see any issue with the rp you did and can understand any confusion and I will take responsibility as GM it is my job to give you all a story to live and make it as engaging and easy to understand as possible (it will not be easy tho ). i will be running the next game slower so you can all ease in the last game was fast paced and i did not expect you ALL to do as well as you did.

with a recent discussion on how to improve the game came an idea (mostly from luckyleaf) on how to make the game more fun and so here comes the Friendchip, with the Friendchip you can:

-instantly roll a crit for anything

-negate 75% of incoming damage in a single attack

-gain 100 strain instantly

-come back from the dead with 2hp and major damage

each Friendchip works for another player but it takes 2 Friendchips to do something like this to yourself, this is a tool for friendship and teamwork but is still a work in progress so tell me what you think.
