Well I don't know if there's a lot to say about The Last Roundup in regards to Fallout: Equestria. I mean, yeah, it was a totally awesome episode in my opinion. There were a few points though.
• We see just what kind of lengths Applejack will go to in order to do what she thinks is important. She was willing to leave her life behind in order to keep her word. As a ministry mare, she sells her farm to develop the Steel Ranger armor. But perhaps most touching was her letter to Princess Celestia. Its not so easy to be proud of yourself when you finish further back... and she never turned her back on Applesnack, even when she found out he wasn't the best of ponies.
• We see Pinkie Pie get her start in psychological warfare. Truly a visage of what's to come.
• Dodge Junction is now kind of what I imagine Junction R-7 to be like.
• And last but not least: Using the outhouse is now canon.
