Maybe something as simple as strain regeneration per hour of 5 (Normal), 10 (light), 15 + (level / 2, rounded down) (resting), 20 + level (sleeping). ...That actually solves my problem AND makes Resilient Horn worth taking. Sadly I don't think I can do any day except sunday right now. I'm booked pretty solid and don't really want to have to play two games on the same day, or on a day I have to do other things.

Rules for Virtues have been updated a bit. Redid the rules for Effort pretty significantly after Kkat's suggestions and a lot of people being unhappy how big the bonuses were. Gave more examples of Connections which are hopefully more in-line with what they should be. Effort changes are pretty big, ...

I think this might actually be the better way to go. Is any more scaling needed than actually having more Destiny points if you have a higher Integrity? Maybe a different kind of bonus, instead? Rather than bonuses to things like strain and hit points, perhaps something akin to the "Edge" system in Shadowrun?
