Marcus as in fallout 2 and new Vegas Marcus? (cant see what other marcus this could be)

This looks amazing! Although i have no idea how you made this i bet it took a good amount of effort. I checked your link and im assuming this is a character model for some sort of animating program? I animate myself (if pivot should even be referred to as animation) and i would like to know what this program is and how it works.

Yes, as in that Marcus. I didn't make him. He's a commercial product from DAZ3D. They are marketing him as "Abominable".
http://www.daz3d.com/ Go there NOW because they have the program available free as part of a promo. Of course, you need to buy the models, which is where they make their money.

It only took me a few hours to be able to start making scenes with DAZ Studio. Of course, it all improves with practice.

DAZ also has a massive forum, and people there help too. You can often find your answer just by searching.

I finally got the email confirmation code and downloaded the program. But from videos i seen it looks like a super realistic based animation program. I want to be able to animate things like this -> http://postimage.org/image/3uahty10h/
(it sucks i know) It it possible for a person to animate such?

You'd probably want something like Anime Studio to do that sort of animation. I'm not into animation myself. I use DAZ to render stills.

Those are really awesome! I have no idea how you did that, this thing is just idk. Confusing. But even if i did know how to use it, i doubt i would get much done. I think im going to stick with flash for now. Realism is to boring and to complicated. The if you can draw it you can animate it is thing is just much easier.
