Anne is straight... but she borders on asexual. She doesn't see any point to it, especially with her cyborg body.

Exactly how cyborg is she? Or better; what is it that's still organic in her? 'cept her brain, of course.

All the mechanics of her body are cybernetic, as are her eyes and ears. Heart and lungs and circulatory system are too.
She still has the organics needed to support her brain, so that would be the organs and glands we usually have such as kidneys, liver, pancreas, lymph system etc. Her wrapping is also organic (skin, real hair etc.)
Reproduction in cyborgs was not a priority, so mares often had their uterus removed during conversion. Enough was left so they could get their jollies. The ones that retained their uterus ended up sterile anyway. Cyborg stallions remained viable.

Y'know, you should use that in your fic at some point. I don't know how, but it sounds like something that would be easy to implent, and have some effect too. The effect would of course vary depending on the character.

I'm working on it at the moment. These ideas have been thought out somewhat beforehand!

So pretty much like the Cyperdogs in Fallout, except that her brain isn't in a glass dome above her head.
