I'm going guess that it is a hoof band like attire that has a telepathic field around it that can be activated to hold things in place, as well as some sort of automated trigger pulling device.Turbo740 wrote:Yeah. T_T I hate it when people are right. Yes its a device which creates low level artificial telekenesis.
