I think I have figured out how I am going to handle maximum level.

• Each character will be able to spend up to 600 experience on Skills and Perks.
• Each character will be able to spend up to (Intelligence + Charisma x10) on Values.

Once a character reaches the skill/perk limit, they'll still be able to spend experience on certain things.

• If there are some EXP expenditures that you made long ago and are now regretting because your character never uses them, you'll be able to spend exp to remove them and try again.
• Extra EXP can be spent on minions, pets, or other characters in terms of helping to train them.

If anyone has any questions, concerns, suggestions at all, just let me know.

I suppose whether or not you count as Sky Shine's minion is a question for you and Sky Shine, and Sky Shine whether she wants to or not. As for the rules though, I suppose I could allow it as something that happens in game, over time. We can use the rules for instruction, which involve the instructor rolling vs the student's current skill level.

It seems like just yesterday that Daylight Savings Time ended, but time sure does fly. Daylight Savings starts on March 9th for my timezone, so on Friday, March 14th, the game's start time may change in your own time zone. Be sure to check with your own time zone. As always, the game starts at 8:00PM, Central Time.

After messing with my computer all day, I have come to the conclusion that I will need to replace it. Somehow. I'm hoping to have all my notes transferred by next session, one way or another, but if anyone has any questions about things like the stats on Xavi's jet pack or the loot from that tower in Manehattan (Which now that I look, I don't think I actually ever posted, but should have) let me know and I'll see if I can't dig it out.
