FoE PnP RPG group (Group 3)

Okay, it seems that a third group was requested for the testing of the PnP system. I was asked to be the GM and I'll try to do it fair and straight.

I'm taking 4-5 players and as far as I know, at least 2 or 3 slots are already taken, but hey, you just ask: we could go up to 6 if needed.

nao, some personal considerations. I'm Italian, so I go on EU time and it will be likely that I can play during evening EU time, or afternoon in the week ends. The group will play when there are enough players (that is, I lack 1 player out of 5? Well, sucks to be the missing player). Since we are TESTING the game, the experience will be identical for all the players, event those that are not present at the session. We won't introduce home rules if not totally needed, we will stick to the book as much as possible, otherwise the whole thing would be pointless aaaaaaand you are free to put any karma on your character, but the GM hates negative karma characters, so expect the short straw if you go evil. It's not a dictat, just a friendly reminder from your italian GM.

What else? oh yeah, I'll start thinking about a setting and a story as soon as it will be evident that we are going to play and that will happen as soon as I have 4 characters ready... if we don't even get that far, group 3 will be the shortest lived group ever

well, you starty posting the character sheet, if there is some really heavy incongruence, we will see if it can be solved with some more backstory or if it has to be modified...

well, I has no idea of what is going on, since there had to be like 4 slots reserved but I got just 2 ppl joining. Yes, there are at least 2 slots open, if not 4.

Don't you hate that, I hated that when people didn't show up for game sessions, and that left us with the problem of how to entertain the ones that did. On at least once occasion, we knocked out the missing player's character, and I had to drag him with me. Fortunately I was driving a truck at the time.

Background as requested.

Patch grew up in a small village in the wasteland. His father was a merchant, and his mother a doctor. His mother started training in the art of medicine and science at young age. One day while Patch was out with his father trading with another village for supplies raiders attacked a decimated the town. His father stricken with grief at the loss of his only love took his own life leaving Patch to wander the waste alone.
