Hello everybody, after a few months of writing, planning and just fucking around with idea's, I've decided to finally post this. I have my Fridays an Saturday (an maybe Sunday) open and I've been fucking around with this game idea for awhile. I'm fine with being flexible on what system we use, and I'll be available to GM all day from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM (Mountain Time). But before we get started I have one very important question, Who wants revenge?

GAME START IS AT 5PM GMT ON SATURDAYS WHEN YOU ALL GET ONLINE! (12:00 CENTRAL MOUNTAIN TIME)

Overview:
"So what'd she do to you? come on, you can tell me. Whats your motivation? She rob ya, kill your family, maybe enslave them, You an escaped Slave of hers? or maybe she shot you in the head and left you for dead in a ditch, not uncommon out here. Well, A little gang of adventurers is getting together to bring in Bleeding Heart, AKA "The Queen of Hearts", Dead or alive. Not gonna lie, it'll be dangerous, She's got herself all locked up in her fortress city, guarded by a bunch of hired guns. You're gonna need all the help you can get breaking in there, or a cubic fuckton of fire power. The factions of the region ain't happy with this slaver bitch either, whether it be muscling in of the drug trade, making Traders pay fees to not get harassed in the territory, or just their own moral standings and principle. So what ya' say? How much is revenge worth to you?"

PC's are encouraged to have back story related wanting revenge on Bleeding Heart, A slaver in the Region running a large faction of raiders and slavers that have been cuaseing trouble since the fall of Red eye. this game takes place one year after the SPP tower was activated and the enclave is active in small, scattered factions (one of which you'll encounter in this game). The NCR in the region are trying to run caravans through to locals but are being harassed by both her and The Legion (who are neutral towards her but the alliance is shaky at best). The local Rangers are in the middle of a civil war over Stable 65 (if that numbers being used I'll change it) and both sides are competing for the tech Bleeding Heart has. as for the locals, Typical wasteland towns, raiders, some Super mutant Minotaur up in the mountains, and some weird little group of musicians that are hold up in a old concert hall.

The bounty: Bleeding Heart: Mare, Unicorn, White coat, Crimson mane, Red eyes, Cutie mark of an anatomically correct heart impaled on a sword.

Not many ponies remember when this Mare exited the big steel doors of Stable 64 into the wasteland. Fewer remember her past exploits, but everyone remembers the Day she marched into Derse and either enslaved or butchered anyone who stood in her path. 7 years went later, she's the Queen of the crystal mountains on the equestrian side, every caravan under her hoof and a army of loyal followers growing food, making Chems, building weapons and armor, and bringing in more "Endentord servants" to toil in her self-sufficaint kingdom. She's a skilled swords mare and could trick a dragon into giveing her its hoard. She'll often put down her slavers who try to make deals behind her back herself and won't hesitate to make an example of a slave trying to escape. She's even been known to go out and conduct business in person, normally with a small army of "Body Guards" to escort her. Recently she's grown reclusive and leaves her business to her lieutenants, all of whom are former Slavers, raider warlords, and mercenary generals. She's merciless, brutal, smart, cunning, and charismatic enough to hold all this together.
So, lets see who wants some revenge.

These factions are common knowledge to all ponies in the region, and all of this info is based on gossip and rumors.

AJ Ranger: n/a
These Rangers rebelled against their brothers and sisters and took over Fort Flankens, a manufacturing and munitions dump. Since their occupation they have been spotted setting up Artillery and AA guns, along with openly trading with wastelanders for food in exchange for their surplus of ammunition, as well as recruiting and employing them. Though they are fewer in number, their patrols are usually accompanied by Robots which seem to be manufactured at the fort itself. There are rumors they may be trying to make alliances with the local Enclave remnants.

Steel Rangers: n/a
Surprisingly tame for a chapter, they make up the bulk of the Ranger's in the area. They are heavily armed with a combination of explosives and MEW's and neutral to most wastelanders, even opening talks with the area's Enclave remnants, which ended in the Chapter splinting into two groups and fighting over Stable 64. They are known to make deals with other groups to obtain technology and have been known to buy weapons from Bleeding Heart and the other groups in the area. The exact location of their base is unknown, but most believe its somewhere in the place the AJ rangers Shell every other day with artillery.

Enclave remnants: n/a
The battalion making its "Nest" in the hydroelectric Dam simply know as "Damn'd" has been extremely hostile toward most wastelanders, Raiding caravans and Towns for food and openly attacking groups of Bleeding Heart's slavers to obtain their energy weapons. On the rare occasions they didn't attack ponies on sight they held them at gun point and traded things they'd scavenged for food. They keeps the Dam almost entirely encased in mist from clouds they've wrangled to hide their movement from prying eyes. Most recently a Vertibuck was seen landing in Fort Flankens, then departed after a few hours. Only one caravan has been seen trading with this faction, The Deck of 52...

Whiptail clan (Gryphon mercs/slavers): n/a
A large, all Gryphon clan of Slavers and mercenaries from Crystal valley, they are currently working for the Gun Runners, Bleeding Heart, the Hive, and have a uneasy alliance with the NCR.Their leader is said to be a Grim individual.

The Hive: n/a
A den of Sin, located in a cave at the bottom of Battle mountain, they have casino's, drugs, pit fights, whores, anything anyone could desire all for the right price. Bleeding Heart unsuccessfully tried to take the town 2 and now grudgingly trades with them for medical supplies and services. They are well known for having the best doctors caps can buy. You want a place to relax? Go to The Hive.

The Legion: n/a
This small detachment of Legionary's is simply the forward scouting group for the massive base that's hidden somewhere deep in the mountains. No one who's gone to try and gather more information on them has returned.

Deck of 52 (Gang): Smiling trouble makers
A gang of musicians located in Buckingham, they run the regions radio stations. The most passive faction in the region, they trade with any and all, providing food and limited medical treatment for any and all (save Bleeding Heart). Upon hearing the music playing when approaching their city, all people have expressed a feeling of being "calm" and no longer wanting to fight those who approached. Bleeding Heart and the Steel Rangers have both attacked this city, both attacks ending in their troops either stripped of all their gear and walking back to their commanders completely naked with no idea what happened, and their long range troops being attacked by a the small war party, lead by a Pegasus calling himself "Six String", Who attacked with A electric guitar that doubled as a Battle Axe and bombarded them with lighting bolts while his war-band bombarded them with some strange sonic weaponry that either rendered those it hit unconscious or literally "Made their heads explode." or at least that's the story they told over the radio.

The Herd: n/a
A large group of Minotuars that have been dubbed "Super mutants" and live in the mountains. They are highly reclusive but friendly, as the traders who have done business with them say.

Stable 64: n/a
Composed of Crystal ponies and equestrains, not much is known about them... other then they won't let etheir group of Rangers inside. only one pony has come out of that stable, Bleeding Heart.

NCR: n/a
A small group of NCR Rangers have been seen moving around the territory, their outpost and caravans' brings alot of trade to most of the region.

Gun Runners: n/a
Operate out of the old "H&H Ironstead" munitions factory. they'll sell to anyone, and guard their caravans with heavy weapons against anyone dumb enough to fuck with them.

The Kingdom of Derse (Bleeding Heart): n/a
This place literally sprung up in 7 years. Bleeding Heart bought out, enslaved, or made deals with the local tribes, raiders, slavers, and minor mercenary groups in the city, paid them well, constructed an enormous wall around the city, then started taking over the rest of the region with the same brutal effectiveness. from what we've gathered, those she enslaves are brought to the city and given a choice, "Stay and get a warm bed, 3 meals a day, and medical treatment for as long as you work for me, either mining crystals, working in the factory, giveing medical aid, or guarding this place." or walk away, alone, back through the wasteland to their homes. Not much is known what goes on inside, but everyone knows that her slavers and troops are always in combat armor, well trained, and armed with energy weaponry.

The campaign concept looks pretty fun, and conveniently ties into a character idea I've had recently. Cool beans.

Personally, if I were to join, I'm usually free on Saturday after 6 PM to 12 AM EST time (4 PM to 10 PM in mountain time), and the "Standard" rules (Kkat's revised) are my preference. I'll hold off on cementing myself in, just in case crazy shenanigans occur.

Backstory:
Integrity is a has-been con artist, former leader of the Joyful Hearts Trading Company. Under Integrity's leadership, the JHTC scammed the people of the wasteland out of millions of caps wearing countless disguises and going by countless names. No matter how desperate a community's situation was, Integrity could always find a way to convince them that they had an even more terrifying problem which only he could solve, using a combination of his own charisma and illusion magic. Over a few short years, Integrity and his employees earned more money selling everything from plastic recorders to counterfeit multivitamin tablets than some gangs of raiders would see in their lifetimes.

The Joyful Hearts Trading Company would finally meet its match when they attempted to sell hundreds of thousands of caps worth of faulty lab equipment to Bleeding Heart's drug cooks. Bleeding Heart took several key members of the company hostage promising she would only release them after Integrity repaid his debt to her tenfold. In desperation, Integrity began to put together some of the most depraved scams the JHTC had ever attempted, deceiving their customers in such cruel ways that many of them would have quit if their friends and colleagues were not in peril. They returned to Bleeding Heart with her caps, haunted by what they had done to attain them, but when they did Bleeding Heart betrayed them, executing the hostages and opening fire on those who had returned. Somehow Integrity managed to escape with his life, but that alone.

Having lost his friends, his fortune, and all the resources needed to go back to his old life, Integrity has nothing left but the hope of someday taking revenge on the person he blames for ruining his life.
