I erased it. From what I was told (headcanon) they were marriage symbols but this is not one of those earrings it holds no symbolism.

I believe the name you were looking for was Joshua Graham.
AKA: "Malpais Legate", "The Burned Man", and (originally) as "The Hanged Man"
The Joshua Graham that appeared in honest hearts... I actually have a problem with. He was originally suppose to appear as a CNPC for the canceled original Fallout 3 (Known by its project title, Van Buren) and I cannot help but feel that the final product that they delivered in Honest Hearts did not live up to the hype from either Van Buren or New Vegas itself.
