Oh, obligitory introductions. I was never good at being "the new guy". Here goes.

Name? Um. I'll just say what 90% of the people online call me by. Colm. (For trivia's sake, yes, it's from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones. He was the best character ever.)

What do I do? Well, as of late, nothing, but normally I play hat/team fortress 2, Left 4 dead 2, Magicka, and lately Fallout 3/NV. I played some Fallout 1, before 3 and NV, mostly to get accustomed to the lore and such that sparked Fo:E. Downhill road from there, and one slippery slope later I've started poking myself into writing a spinoff of Kkat's 400K+ word novel.

Then a trip to EqD got me linked here after asking some questions, which puts me right here.

Always good to see more people join the forums and as Jack said, be sure to have a look at the writer's subforum. I'm sure you will be able to find many people to help you in your writing and even proof read it if you need it.

I'm here mostly because Diceart said he layed claim to stable 36, which was two of my character's origin stable. So I figured I better see what this place was before someone yoinked trottingham and 35 too. Looks like I'm safe so far.

I'm not sure why I'm posting here. Normally I don't like crossovers, fanfiction or fandom in general, but here goes .

I'm imperium of man and I like the ponies, along with video games, Warhammer 40k, cats, bad science fiction books, bad fantasy and old cartoons. Real first name is Josh. For me it is weird how well ponies and fallout mesh together to create something interesting and compelling. I haven't played any fallout games except number 3 either. I suppose it all works better when you're reading a fallout story rather then playing it. Fallout 3 had a slight problem with immersion.

Hello, welcome to the forum imperium of man/Josh. I have a feeling the way ponies and Fallout has meshed so well is a lot due to the great authors we have writing for us, not just Somber and Kkat.

Good to see another 40K fan pop up here, not played or done anything really to do with that hobby in a long time. did it for like 10 years before stopping, mainly because it got so expensive. Still got a massive tyranid army somewhere that needs painting.

But anyway, in short Welcome! We don't bite... Well I think Arcane Scroll had that one time, oh and watch out for Pinkie Pie, they be crazy!
