i believe that in the everfree forest, they found out that the meteors were rocks. the star weapons may have been dropped from alien spacecrafts (mothership zeta reference?) perhaps the meteors were also shot down to equestria by the aliens but thats not sure.

In which chapter does it mention travel with the doctor?

Also that was a great end.
Before the End is the story of an officer during the last two years of the war against the zebras. The story follows his journey through the Battle for Shattered Hoof Ridge, Battle of Stalliongrad and into the unknown.

Its good as well. The only bad thing is that its over, and this makes me a sad pony!

Ah well, we still have Project Horizons, Pink Eyes and other great fits. Plus I cant see this being the we see from Kkat.

I think the only ones affected are the writers that include references to the NCR (Wings), and even that could be explained as two independent groups arriving at the same name.

Just place it in an alternate universe (alternate-alternate universe?), it's still worth continuing even if events might have changed.
