Real ponies versus MLP and FOE ponies

The differences between real and MLP ponies It amuses me. Also there are some misconceptions as to part names.
Differences so far, apart from the obvious!:
1: Real ponies do not have binocular vision, so Derpy is in fact the only pony with eyes that work!
2: Real ponies can not vomit, or even belch. They will die first, literally.
3: People seem to think flank means butt. Flank means side. To describe a rape victim as bloody between the flanks isn't quite right!
4: Ponies do not have fur. They have hair. It is too coarse to be considered fur. When fall/winter comes, they grow a longer, denser coat, resulting in them looking like balls of fluff. Come spring they shed this hair. You find patches of hair on the ground where they have been rolling, clumps on fences, some in the mouths of birds, who literally take it off the pony's back and so on.
