I'm really surprised no one has asked this question by now!
Anyway, I'm really, really curious on this matter.
All the information I found was and interview and two profiles on Blogger.net and fimfiction.net, the latter suspected to be a fake.
I really doubt there isn't any information on the absolutely amazing writer behind this mind-blowing story, so, again, I'll ask this burning question.

I'm not sure what you mean by the question. Like, who is Kkat irl? Is that what you mean? Why would you want to know that? Oh, and you could just ask her yourself on the irc chat if you really want to.

She is the person who gave us this amazing story and community we all love. Other than that i think she is just a normal person who puts her trousers on one leg at a time like the rest of us.
