Is Kkat absolutely done with Fallout Equestria?
Is Kkat absolutely done with Fallout Equestria?
After finishing Fallout Equestria for 2 weeks already, I am hungry for more....
I know about Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons, but I am not ready to start on it yet.
My question is, do you all think Kkat will ever return to this fic and do revised versions(etc correcting all grammar mistakes of which there are quite a few in the earlier chapters), or to write minor side stories(etc a tale of Calamity 1 year before meeting Littlepip, Velvet Remedy's short story after leaving Stable 2 till she met Littlepip).

Re: Is Kkat absolutely done with Fallout Equestria?
Kkat has said she will not do any editing to the text of FoE, and has asked others to refrain from doing so as well (for example, the printing project was allowed to clean up the formatting, but not correct any typographical errors). IIRC, she said she only wants one version of the text to exist, even if that version does have some typographical errors.
Whether or not she'll ever write anything else in this universe...who knows? Possibly not even Kkat herself.

The fellow who runs the Ask Littlepip Tubmlr apparently has contact with Kkat and has said that she isn't necessarily done with FOE, but she doesn't want to do a sequel right now and risk being unable to do anything but FOE. Apparently she'd like to do something else first, then consider coming back. Essentially it's not definitive either way. She may or may not do a sequel. If she does, however, Ask LP has said that due to various reasons Pip likely wouldn't return as a protagonist. A sequel would instead probably feature Calamity or Velvet as protagonist, or a completely new character.

Or you could...you know...ask her yourself? <.<
Anyway, I for one like Piecee01's ideas about Fallout: Equestria 2, but I really don't know if that is going to happen in any shape or form.
Other than that, I could recommend you a few fairly good sidefics, which are not that long.
For example:
Fallout Equestria: Treasure Hunting
Fallout: Equestria- The Last Sentinel
Fallout Equestria: Heroes
Fallout: Equestria: New Beginnings
Fallout Equestria: Misfits

From what I understand contacting Kkat directly isn't very easy, and the OP might have wanted to avoid asking a question that she might have already answered multiple times. I'm not so much on those ideas for FOE2 myself, though. I'd rather have a completely new protagonist who isn't related to Pip and co.

It is not that hard really. Just get on the IRC. I've talked to her multiple times.

So, I know this is a year late but, on fimfiction Kkat said she doesn't want to do a direct sequel due to the amount of side stories and how people try to keep their stories as close to cannon as possible so yeah. http://www.fimfiction.net/group/240/fal ... dea-or-not
If everyone knew this already then sorry.

Re: Is Kkat absolutely done with Fallout Equestria?
ok so first my posts a little late to, whatever. second, if their was a sequel it CAN NOT (Key words people "CAN, NOT") have LittlePip and co. as protagonist, maybe calamity and steelhooves, could be supporting characters but that's it. Kkat left herself no door at the end of the first book, no loop hole, no loos end, no DIRECT (another key word) sequel. it would have to take place possibly years later or be a preqwil to LP's story. otherwise kit would just be another spinoff, like Heros and Project Horizon (not saying their not good story's just saying they and by Kkat). trust me on this, the max number of friends I've ever had is 3 at one time. and that's just for the past couple years, before that well... lets just say I spent a lot of time watching TV, playing solo player, and reading. So basically I'm a STORYLINE EXPERT, considering I've Sean all the kinds of story lines and how they twist and turn, and know how to twist them the way I want.
I also have a theoretical degree in all Theoretical science, meaning: zombies, vampires, space travel (not really my strongest), time travel (don't ask, its the most difficult to explain and their are so many variables), and a few others I'm not going to bore you with like conflicting powers, and the VS. game, and yes this degree includes story lining. EX: you want laser guns In a story that takes place In the 18th century. I can find a way to make it happen without obliterating the stories dynamic or setting off a death charge in the time stream (and no, I mean DEATH, meaning the story dies and becomes to confusing to fallow).

I hate typographical errors
Every single one jump out and kick me in the face, after so much i have to throw the book away
can I fix the errors or do i have to look at the eyesore?
