Fallout: Equestria Resource

The objective of this is to find the most messed up way that the main cast could be affected by killing joke. (please provide the quote used to inspire the torment.)
This is either an exercise in creativity or an excuse for some twisted pony sadism, I haven't quite decided yet.

Fluttershy: Tree lure for the killing joke. "I'd like to be a tree."

Hooo-boy. This has potential to turn into one messed up thread.
Honestly, I'm not sure I can figure out any of them. Or make them sufficiently messed up.
Sweetie Belle = dictionary?
Scoots a chicken/dodo?

Twilight Sparkle: Turned into a book, though the cruelest thing would probably be to just remove her horn.
Applejack: She obviously wants macintosh back in some way or form.
Fluttershy: Tree lure for the killing joke. "I'd like to be a tree."
Pinky Pie: Shed be turned into a party accessory or a cake / made edible
Rarity: She would become a mannequin
Rainbow Dash: A wonderbolt uniform
Spike: Turned into a rare gem (Wish for Rarity to love him)
Applebloom: She would never get her cutiemark / loose her cutiemark.
Scootaloo: turned into cuthulu / pyramidhead? Something similar to this atleast
Sweetie Bell: Her voice would forever make ponies hate each other
Celestia: Turned into water or something about becoming the earth.
Luna: Turned into more killing joke.

Actually I think Luna's would be something like she was under the effect of that Love me, Need me spell Twilight used on Smartie Pants.

I've got one for pinkie. She adores attention so... "No I'm not, I'm a chicken" She is transformed into a cicatrice hybrid (without the power to deactivate her magic). Every pony who looks at her is slowly and agonizingly turned to stone so she must chose weather to kill everyone around her or be alone forever.

I think that the easily most horrifying thing that could happen to Dash (from her persepective, and exluding loosing her friends) would simply be to remove her wings. After all, she lives for flying.

I think that the easily most horrifying thing that could happen to Dash (from her persepective, and exluding loosing her friends) would simply be to remove her wings. After all, she lives for flying.

And also for speed... Make her lose her wings AND legs =P.

Actually what I think would be worse for her is that she keeps her wings, she just loses the ability to fly. Even worse her hooves are attracted to the ground like a magnet, making it difficult to walk, much less run, and makes it impossibe for her to leave the ground for more then a few seconds.
