If I didn't already have the awesome animation for my avatarpic, I would've used that one xD
Oh, don't change your avatar, it's too awesome!

I know! =D
I might use it on DA though; the animation is too large, so it can't be used. xD

Chapter 26 is now the most brutal chapter in any Fallout Equestria story. It made the Pink Cloud look easy, and that's saying something. That it had a happy part near the start was even worse.

Also, poor Glory, she did not deserve that.

Epic set of rolls is epic.

Exactly my thoughts. "Brutal" doesn't cover it at all.
While it's not very likely, given the nature of the Wasteland, I sincerely hope they manage to somehow reattach that wing. I guess it'll never happen though...

The feeling of despair is pretty damn intense in the final section there. Gah... I don't want Glorys wing to fall off -.-

Hydra might work, could try regrowing it with Unicorn Magic at some point in the future. But really, from what was happening to all of them, the wing was probably the least of their concerns. Although it might break Glory, that's always a possibility.

Notice how Blackjack can eat ANYTHING, and find it somewhat palatable? I'm seeing Pinkie's omni-herbivorious tendencies there! =D
I really doubt she is Pinkies child though. She had a mom in that stable so, even if she is a descendant the blood from her lineage would be sorta watered down.

I didn't say she was her direct child; I was thinking her descendant through generations. But yeah, the blood's probably watered down by now. Which is why BJ only gets mild itching in her mane, and not a full blown Pinkie Sense.

On the topic of todays chapter...
I honestly don't know if I should praise Somber to the stars (heh) for the brilliant writing in this chapter, or to beat him to death with his own leg for taking away Glorys wing. Seriously, it's going to break the poor girl. Not to mention that Blackjack is probably going to blame herself (again), giving HER psychological damage too. Seriously, she doesn't need more of that now.
I am desperatly hoping that there will be a story arch in the future somewhere in which Glory gets her wing back. She deserves it, and I know that if BJ knew such an opportunity existed she'd walk backwards through the Core to give it to Glory. Especially since, as mentioned, BJ will probably blame herself for it.

Loved and hated this chapter :3
And it gave me shivers of awesome. Not many authors can do that properly, and this particular shiver was epic. xD

On Chapter 26. I was reading the chapter casually but it seemed to get more and more disturbing... I could almost cry at the tunnels part of the chapter.
The chapter revealed many of the characters deep secrets and untold past stories which was entertaining as well as the dark and morbid tunnels of Hoofington and just how deadly enervation really is.
"Sometimes, being honest means knowing when not to be."
"Youth leads to mistakes, mistakes turn to pain, pain gives way to anger, anger drives a wedge into harmony."
"Who is to say we are not insane? We're all a little bit insane. You just have to hide it."
"To be forgotten is worse than death."
"I dreamt of the end of the world and a sea of regrets."

Wasn't it established that the head security mare job was passed down? Wouldn't that make Blackjack a descendant of Tarot and everypony else on the handle of Vigilance?

Yeah, that's true. And Tarot was Mariponys daughter... Which she was technically the foster mother of; the fetus was transferred to her from an unknown VIP pony who couldn't afford being pregnant. I'm placing my money that mare was Pinkie; she had way too much to do in the MoM to actually be a mom, and all those parties of her would explain where the father came from.

Until someone comes along with definite evidence against this theory, it is totally headcanon for me xD
