Idk if I can put this hear but if not I'm sorry long post short I was wondering how I go about getting ahold of kkat and somber I'd like to ask them if I can use littlepip and blackjack in rps please so hears hoping you all can help

As already stated, try the IRC. Spamming the same question over and over again all over the forum isn't going to help you in any way. Just as a heads-up: I seriously doubt they are going to lend you their OCs to play with.
