Whirling Feather is an oridnary pegasus, living above the protecting cloud cover created by the Grand Pegasus Enclave over twohundred years ago and like every enclave pegasus, she has joined the miltary forces. But after she had gone missing during a mission on the surface and has to seek a way home, back to the skys, she encounters a conflict that has been frozen in time.
