When Darkstar struggles free from his cocoon, his hive is nowhere to be found. In a search for answers and a place to belong, he traverses the blasted wasteland of Equestria. Not an easy task, especially if your nourishment happens to be completely dependent on the love and trust of others. Qualities the wasteland have seemingly done its best to stomp out these last centuries.
