Golden Patch is an unicorn from Friendship City that, besides his talents as a medic, always wanted to be a "prospector", searching for valuable pre-war tech that would help everypony, not only a certain group. Knowledge about agriculture, methods of manufacturing equipment, everything that could benefit as many ponies as possible. After years of training, he started his troubled career and found a Stable-Tec wagon protected by the Steel Rangers containing an experimental PipBuck Station with enough energy to put one around his leg. Inside that PipBuck, there was a strange message, talking about Stable 106 and what may be the first secret of the Ministry of Awesome. Now, with the help of his best friend Rosy Coral, they'll roam the Equestrian Wasteland in search of the rumored Stable and will try to understand exactly what happened 200 years ago.
