I'm spontaneously thinking that this bunker could serve as a rather good base of operations.
It seems to have a good central position. With some barricades it should be highly defensible and if we can kick that water purifier into gear we should be solid. Its not quite large enough to house all of us but I suspect we will be on the move a lot anyway, only returning here to store a haul or heal the wounded.

I made some tokens to be used for virtual tabletops such as roll20, might be of interest if you like a playing field for your games.

What a good idea ^^ and it will give you a place to store all of your mercs, you might want to clear the area around it out of raiders and make sure your other neighbors are friendly.
