I think you need to change the sharing settings for others to view it first.

Fun fact the android mobile version of Google drive has no ability to share with everyone and the button on the web comes up as just an image on my phone...

When does this take place? What are the strange and random comments about Littlepip? A 'better' Equestria'? Is this some kind of Alternate Universe? It says two months after... the end of FoE? The time between the end and Sunshine and Rainbows?

And really? Mysterious Facility in the sky? Doesn't seem like much of a mystery, the Enclave would know where it is for sure, as wouldLittlepip. So what, it occasionally comes a little lower to the ground and makes some storms? Heavy Storms, sky gets darker? The sky is already dark when it storms, and just when is the timeframe of these events? You know there's only 200 years after the bombs dropped and when Littlepip leaves the Stable, right? The second one happened 72 years after the first, and that's apparently known for sure, but the second one happened long ago enough that noone really remembers it? IT's at least a good 50 years before Stables start opening at least.
