The Lost Highway (Full)

The Lost Highway was once the small trading nation of Panamare, a little isthmus connecting the main homeland of the zebras with the harsh, bitter cold of Zeberia in the south, sending necessary supplies to keep the zebras alive in the harsh winters. When the bombs came, enemies of the zebras went to cut off supplies, and made Panamare a radioactive hellhole that no caravan could ever get across, effectively cutting Zeberia off from the world.

Fast forward about 400 years, a long time after Littlepip and her adventures, you're either a ghoul from Panamare, or an Alicorn exiled from southwest equestria. A society of alicorns wants to be well recognized and friendly with the other wastelanders in equestria, so when an Alicorn starts to hoard radioactive materials to get a buzz off of them, they're either shot or exiled, leaving them to fend for themselves, as the alicorns don't want to be known as radioactive monsters anymore. A select few alicorns choose to fly, or very rarely sail down to Panamare to partake in the glorious radioactive landscape.

Races: Any ghoul or Alicorn. Since it's so long after the bombs, you can be any color alicorn, and now have a choice if you want to take a breed spell or regular spell, but you can only chose one breed spell. Also you can be a stallion/inbetween alicorn.

Likely times are Wednesday nights at 4 Central, or more likely, Saturday afternoons at varying times (usually 2-5 central), and rarely, Sunday nights around 4 central.

Due to your long exposure to the wasteland, you may pick a third trait.
Level 2: 400 caps. You've experienced some hardships before the game's start.
You may buy items at heavily used condition for half price.
