((Okay, fine, if it bothers you guys that much I'll add the double-parentheses to make it absolutely clear that I'm posting out-of-character.
I only made it random because we didn't have any information to speak of to go on. That is no longer the case.Schorcht wrote:"Alright. So. I'm getting rid of the pony who votes at random. No one wants their life left up to luck. Silverlight it is"
It's not like we can just pull each other's motives and alignments out of thin air. And he was right, no lynch at dusk only helps the scum. Until such time as we have a reasonably-confirmed town power role of some sort (remember, nothing is 100% confirmed until the person in question's role is revealed by the GM), lynching is our only weapon. He had a decent reason for what he did. Just because you think it was a flippant choice doesn't make that the case.sophos wrote:"I find it somewhat suspicious that Waak voted out SourCherry without batting an eye."

* forgot to close my OOC's.))

((Not like you do anything else but OOC))
"As much as I hate to contemn someone to their death again I won't change my opinion from yesterday. Even with the chance of him being innocent, the town might be better off without Silverlight."

"Oi, Mr Sophos, you're pulling off some strange reasoning right there. We have a situation at hand, and results have to be made. Voting for SourCherry was the necessary evil to get the ball rolling.
I could put my vote on your name... and I might as well do that. Silverlight has the right idea here, so... My vote is on sophos."

Re: [Mafia] Applegrove
"That's fair Waak. I'm simply voting on the most suspicious Pony; despite that it's a pretty low bar.

Re: [Mafia] Applegrove
((We can do without the open hostility, please. Whether someone decides to roleplay or not is their own choice, and he's not the only person who prefers not to play a character in these games. You're free to think whatever you like, and vote ponies out of the game on whatever grounds you desire, but I would like everypony to please refrain from slinging insults against other users.))John Colt wrote:((Not like you do anything else but OOC))

Re: [Mafia] Applegrove
((I agree with TyrannisUmbra; voting somepony out because you don't like them isn't a very effective strategy either. I'm only saying that because f1r3 and I targeted Silverlight last game simply because he didn't want to RP, and I'm not proud of it. ))
Re: [Mafia] Applegrove
((Yeah ^^" that sounded hostile and i apologize. Just... the only thing we have is the behavior of others, and if he doesn't RP it's just weird
it's like he's saying that we can play our silly game while he's doing serious bussines, I wanted it to be more fun than just calling out names
and my reason for voting him out is because he said "he wants to outthink others" and that's the best reason i have to vote for anyone))

Re: [Mafia] Applegrove
Had to check, seems like the rules as described in the original post, did not call for a majority vote, but simply the one with the most votes gets lynched and as thus...
No matter.
As Silverlights was the only pony with two votes, he was lynched.
Silverlight was a Changeling Scum!
Only one changeling remains, nightphase is reduced to 24 hours, see you all tmorrow.
Wow, I think I went overboard with that description. As the day goes on, the weether lighten up, but the mood does not. Water is no longer raining, but blood soon will. Scorcht and John Colt the mare noticably started to gang up on Silverlight, throwing accusations around, silverlight knowing not what is going on tries to defend himself, urging ponies to stay calm and thing through this.. Turns out, telling pones to calm down is not an effective way of doing it, before he could protest much more John Colt pulled out a large branch out of the fire and started beating Silvelight down, breaking the branch over his head, knocking him out instnalty. The other ponies look in shock and fear, well except scorcht who grabbed a shank and stabbed Silverlight down.
Covered in blood the two newly hatched murderers step back satisfied, he was just to calm in this crisis afterall...
Before the bystanders could get their brain back on track and utter something, something most peculiar thing happens with Silverlights body... Its progressively being sheathed in green ember, the skin of Silverlight all gone, and what lays remaining is wretched dark corpse, akin to changelings described in history books...

I made some tokens to be used for virtual tabletops such as roll20, might be of interest if you like a playing field for your games.
