Do I have to make my own character sheet or are their pre made ones? Also, what would we do for visual aid? roll20?

Yes, there are blank character sheets available for you to fill in. This PnP is almost entirely IRC-based so there's not much in the way of visual aid.

I think there are some people in the forums that might use roll20 for their campaign. Also, can someone send me a link to some blank digital character sheets? Gonna need some time to go over the "rulebook" rather spend it making my own sheet.

There are two sheets that have been used most commonly, the Advanced Sheet and the Less-Automated Sheet. Take your pick of which one you want, both work well for the game. The Advanced Sheet is a little more complex to look at but has some very good formulas on it.

Ok, because everyone else in this campaign is probably ahead of me, can I advance my character to the party level and caps level? Like, changing my character beginning Level and wealth to match the parties?

Yeah, they're all 5, and just be reasonable with the loot I'll make a decision.
