This is what I came up with:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... n_US#gid=0
Here's what I'm thinking in terms of character correlation. Geldnir's profile says he chose to be a merchant over a mercenary, and so he retired from the Talons. However, any good merchant knows not to travel a place as dangerous as the wasteland without backup, so his first instinct would be to hire a bodyguard from his old company (Which is where Gnash comes in). Payment could either be a lump sum (less likely, considering low startup cash) or a percentage (25%?) of sales made while under his protection.
Alternatively, their Talon company could have
insisted that Geldnir seek to employ one of their own so they could keep an eye on him (make sure he's not starting up rival talon companies or going behind their backs or anything)
What do you think?

A couple thoughts, if you don't mind. The Blessed by Luna perk can be taken at an earlier level (which I see you have at least one gap), which would allow you to use lvl 19 for another lvl 18 or 16 perk. Also, Intense Applebucking should be Extra Special; but that's just me nitpicking

Okay, so between Geldnir, Gnash and Spectre; we have a speech/barter specialist, a frontline brawler who can also deal with traps and explosives, and Sneaky Sniper who can hack terminals. Things that the remaining players may want to consider are somepony who can pick locks, a healer of some sort, and probably another mid to long range combatant. Just my thoughts on the matter; feel free to ignore me if you wanna do something else.

I said ignore that : |
The blank spots are related to magic perks I've got to rework. :/
And...I was too lazy to change Intense Applebucking over to the 'correct' perk name.
Though I am taking you up on taking Blessed by Luna earlier, I can just use the new blank spot for a new base perk or spell perk :3

I think for the sake of easiness for our characters and because it's probably the most like scenario that we should go with the Talons insisting Geldnir "Hire" a bodyguard for his travels. Obviously this is to make sure he doesn't start up a rival company, but this is a non issue as he has no such plans, and he has no outstanding contracts with them to go behind their backs with so this is also a non issue it's not like he would anyway they made him sign a non disclosure agreement before allowing him to retire. One of the things he still retains from his days as a Talon is his loyalty to fulfilling contractual obligations.

Makes sense. I like that your character is principled, but the Talons aren't exactly the most trusting bunch unless you're delivering their pay =P Also, Gnash and Geldnir have an interesting counterpoint going on personality wise, which I think will work nicely ^^

One other thing; considering that SPECIAL Stats cannot exceed 10, you may want to redistribute a couple of your INT points to other stats, because otherwise you won't be getting the full benefit of Luna's Blessing at night (only the perception would increase). Doing so might also eliminate the need for all those Extra SPECIAL perks, allowing you to take more focused ones (either for your shooting or magic, up to you). As well, if your character is intending to be sneaky and attack from afar, you might not need such a high endurance either. Perhaps you could move those points into agility so your Guns and Sneak skills benefit more.
These are just suggestions mind you; there's no reason to pay them any heed if you think you've got matters well in hoof. Also I love your comment on the Cyberpony perk XD

Honestly I have been thinking about dropping INT down 2 and pumping STR up 2. I was also considering putting another point into AGI and PER each, but either way by level 3 I'll have done both.

INT down by two for sure; otherwise you won't be gaining any Int benefit from Luna's blessing. However, considering you're not using STR for anything (END is for magic now I see), might I suggest putting 1 extra point each into AGI and PER right off the bat?
