Resiliant Horn still sucks, but it's sort of better now.
Digging the Tough Hide buff. finally, a way for someone to get more stun resistance other than boosting END.

Concerning the shield spell...
Since the spell description says that any bullet passing through it deals half its damage to the shield's HP, does that mean that the damage is halved, or does the bullet still deal full damage (minus the shield's DT, of course) to the targets behind the shield?

I have always seen it do half damage to the shield (after DT) and then the target behind the shield takes the other portion of damage (minus there own DT).

The real proof is that in the expert of I think the alicorn shield the full damage goes to the shield.

The damage and AP cost of the Scythe has been changed per uSea's earlier suggestion.

Mhm. But that is only the expert version of the Alicorn Shield spell. Even at Basic and Advance, the Alicorn Shield spell specifies half damage to the shield, the other half to the individual being shot.

what I mean by that is. if you took full damage beyond the shield. That'd be a downgrade instead of an upgrade.

Me and a few others have come up with an interesting idea for an alternative way to run weapon degradation. Instead of going off of just crit-fails why not extend it to the whole roll.
Condition Rating: A Ranged Weapon will loose 1% CND, if the hit roll is higher than it's Condition Rating. (Fragile: roll>35, Normal: roll>50, Reliable: roll>65) Critical failures degrade a weapon 10% ontop of other effects.
We already have fragile weapons, why not reliable ones too

Hrm...that's not a bad idea, but there aren't fragile weapons in the Fo3/NV list Rabbs.
